I recently stayed at the Sumter Inn, formerly Quality Inn, and had an excellent experience! The hotel is under NEW MANAGEMENT, and it’s clear they are making a great effort to improve. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The updated decor gave the space a fresh, modern feel, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend the Sumter Inn for its warm service, spotless rooms, and fantastic value. The changes under new management are impressive, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!
Under renovation so it looks plain and messy outside, but my room was clean, comfortable, and in good repair. Friendly reception and excellent housekeeping. The pool looks good though I didn't use it.
Pleasant place for the price. Room was clean and recently updated. Very quiet and the bed sheets was so soft. Nice hot showers. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. They are in the middle of renovation, but that was just a minor matter. The trash around the builds was the only problem we saw. Would stay here again.
The hotel has changed management and is undergoing remodeling. They have a nice restaurant at the hotel.
They have a very reasonable price with free breakfast. Also Choice Hotels let you gets points. Good service and friendly staff convenient to everything
The room was clean, the A/C worked perfectly, the bathroom was clean, the shower was good, the room was tranquil, and the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Restaurants and grocery stores are less than a 5 to 10-minute walk.
